They charge a resort fee ,, For what ?? They do not have a restaurant attached or even coffee available in lobby area! Thebathroom is tiny and you can barely walk into it unless you step side to side over the door! The bathroom door is warped and molding at the bottom with torn wood and exposed mold! The one dresser drawers do not stay closed, the one bedside light doesn’t work! The only positive experience was the friendliness of the cleaning staff!
You have to prop the drawers to make them remain closed

- bugs in the shower - mold in the shower - so dusty. would wake up coughing. head hurting. - dirty bed sheets - was on the 10th floor but heavy sewer smell - dirty towels with stains and hair on them - shower gross - wallpaper peeling - paint bubbles - painted over mold - heater & ac doesn’t even work. thermostat broken. - sink slow draining - honestly might have bed bugs - room wasn’t properly cleaned there was hair in the shower, & on sink & floor at check in. sticky dirty floor. - hvac torn out - outlets didn’t work was very lose didn’t charge my phone it was stuck on same percentage - room phone wasn’t working - bed is absolutely horrible mattress woke up back & neck hurting. flat ahh pillows - front desk agent doesn’t answer phone - rude front desk receptionists

Dominican lady in the front desk is the best! Property needs make over and maintenance My room has water leaks on the roof and AC old pipes were exposed from old AC unit that was there before. Area where old AC was also not painted over. Patched it and that’s it.
