The staff was friendly and helpful. They cleaned your room daily. The first couple of days, they only had one working elevator. After that, all three elevators were available. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location is very convenient to Times Square, subways, the MOMA and Bryant Square. The bed and bathroom were clean and shower was good. Cons: The rooms are small and cramped and wall paint is peeling. I got a second room that was better than the first. The 2 elevators that work are slow and temperamental. TV service stopped working for one day. The lobby, hallways, and rooms desperately need to be remodeled. The bellman would not help me with my bags without cash up front. Coffee maker is the only amenity. No free water. The charging plugs are old and not great.

Great location! check in/ check out was quick and easy. Some ppl mentioned long wait times for the elevator but we had no issues stayed on 15 floor with family of 6. I will come back again

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Very small, even for NYC standards. The staff was rude. A/C did not work upon arrival. I had to make 2 different complaints about the 90 degree room, then go down in person and complain again before they brought up a window unit. Waited 22 minutes for an elevator, because only 1/3 worked at the time, and the elevator itself was the size of a shoebox. If the front desk was nicer, it would have taken the sting out of how bad the hotel stay was.

Ahhhh

Keys stopped working every night. And I kept them away from my phone and wallet. Never a issue during the day but every night had to go to the desk to reset Checked. Key did not work. Back to the desk Then back to room and thermostat was missing off the wall. Back to desk new room All shower gel shampoo and conditioner was all empty complained to desk but then still had to track someone down to get the items No one ever answers the phone

Location is class, only a couple minutes from Times Square. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. I will definitely return on my next trip to New York.
