Perfect location for activities from Central Park to midtown. Kitchenette was well equipped. Front desk staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Will look to stay here again!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Radio City Apartments. I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a one bedroom, it was spacious and included a full fridge, stove, sink and cookware and cutlery. The room and property were thoroughly clean (something I’m a hyper critical of) and free of odor. 👍👍 The only downside for some guests may be the fact the room receives very little natural light due to the surrounding buildings which also means no view (at least from my 7th floor north facing room) but as a former New Yorker I’m accustomed to this as it’s very common especially in older midtown buildings. The furnishings and decor are dated but kept clean and tidy which I appreciate. It’s located right next to Times Square so as a tourist this could be a very central location to be based. Overall I give this property, including the helpful and friendly staff (much gratitude to Angel who helped me with my bags and check-in) 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an incredible stay at Radio City Apartments! They allowed me to check in an hour early and my room was sparkling clean. Having a coffee pot, tea kettle, and basically a full kitchen was such a nice feature. You are literally a 3 minute walk from the center of Times Square and all major broadway shows. The front desk staff were so polite, professional, and nice. There is an AC in the unit and 2 windows (1 in bathroom). There’s a tv in the room but you’re in nyc! Who needs it :)

Great location to shopping and theater district as well as Times Square. A lot of street noise at night especially from cars honking and racing. Pleasant and helpful staff .

Convenient in many ways.

They were very welcoming and checked our luggage before and after check out allowing us to get more sightseeing in than if we were stuck with suitcases. The pull out sofa should have a mattress cover for all the right reasons but for an old hotel the only noticeable thing was the hot water took a while to get hot-but there was plenty. Small kitchen and table were nice. Thanks!!!

We arrived early and planned to drop off our bags. They had a room ready so we were able to check in early. We also love that there is a kitchen as we generally have leftovers from meals and can bring them back

The hotel was in a good location. The staff was helpful in putting two units near one another for us. The apartments were clean and functional. The one issue was poor hot water pressure to our units. Otherwise; a good stay.

The hotel met all of our needs for in terms of location for our stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were older but clean. It was loud at night mostly because of location as well - we were too tired from our busy days to notice though! Recommend.

This is a great location. It’s right smack in the middle of the theater district. Lots of walkable sites to see. We arrived early and they had a room ready so we were able to check in early. The room was clean. It was on the second floor which was great as far as not having to wait for the elevator, you could just walk the one flight of stairs down. Staff was efficient and helpful. They even stored our bags on our last day since our flight left in the afternoon after checkout. There were 2 minor issues. As I stated, we were in the 2nd floor which is an access point for worker and it is a like a roof. We had windows that opened, unfortunately there were garbage bags for our view. (I suppose we could have asked them to move them, but we didn’t) the other minor issue was that they have a radiator system for room heat and it was warm!! They ended up coming in and turning it off for us. Overall, it was a nice stay though. I would recommend and probably stay here again.
