Food was fantastic had the breakfast that was included with the room and it was beyond delicious, fresh, healthy and great assortment, drinks at the bar were also top notch. Favorite part was the vibe- I am obsessed with the decor! Holy smokes, everything was stunningly decorated in luxurious layers of beauty- the furniture, lighting, textiles, wallpaper, tiles, and small touches. Beautiful!

This is, in no way, a VIP or luxury property. Service is terrible, attitude of the manager and front desk staffers are abysmal. There is no understanding whatsoever of how a luxury hotel in New York City should operate. They serviced my room at 3pm after I requested service at 10am and left left the room for two hours in order for it to be taken care of. I returned to a messy room and had attitudes when I requested that the remedy their error. No one, and I mean no one, that works here should be working in hospitality. Shocking.

Its just ok, no perks like a room upgrade or early check in. You get a food credit but that's just ok to me. The hotel is new and nice with a happy hour that is nice but i would have preferred getting into the room before 3.

I had an exceptional stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous so tastefully done. The bar is beautiful. The restaurant is fantastic. I loved my breakfast there every morning. My room was a good size. Very high ceilings comfortable bed and pillows beautiful bathroom. I never waited for the elevator, like you tend to do in every NY hotel. There is a cookie and glass bottled water every night. The mini bar is great. I will absolutely stay here again it's definitely more LES than Soho but a good location nonetheless. Kiki's, the Greek restaurant across the street is super popular and was cute and yummy.

Lovely and relaxing experience top to bottom, everything about the hotel was executed perfectly. Interior design and attention to detail were phenomenal. Gym was gorgeous and the lounge for hotel guests was very comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely be back!
