Probably the worst Hilton I’ve been in for room cleanliness. Stains and holes in the carpet everywhere. Walls were not that clean. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Tv sitting in the desk so not much room to work.

I booked this room for peace and quiet, respite from my city apartment for at least a weekend. The listing stated that this hotel had soundproofed rooms which is entirely incorrect. It was very noisy from hallway noise, next door guests, etc. Basically I could hear everything. The room had stains on the walls, oily handprints on the walls and windows, coffee spills stains on the table, etc. The hotel also did not offer room service.

So the staff has very nice and informative. Food and drinks at the Ambassador Grille was good. The room had visible wear and tear (rips/stains in carpet. Cracked furniture). There was a comb left in the bathroom. The door and window were opened when i got to the room. The hotel needs some renovations to bring it back to 4-star status

Paid for a corner suite king bed room with a view and requested for a bathtub cos it said shower or bathtub. Got there they gave me a room with a shower instead, plus the rooms weren’t sound proof and I could literally hear all the conversation from the room close to mine. Went back to the reception and they ended up giving me a standard room with a bathtub. No compensation whatsoever. I get in the bed and the duvet has brown stains when you look at it with a flashlight. They charged $100 for parking and breakfast came up to $120, this is ridiculous. I’m never going back there
