The property feels a bit old and the pillows were not comfortable but the place was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I would say that if you care more about the people who take care of you over a "luxury" experience, stay at the Chelsea Savoy. Otherwise the place was clean and "fine." The Room temperature could be controlled and we were comfortable.

The hotel is very outdated and needs some work. Room was clean and the bathroom was completely outdated and had issues with the shower making loud squealing noises the entire time while showering. There was also a squishy bathmat in the bathtub which is completely unsanitary. The walls are so thin that we could hear the person next door peeing in the toilet. The room did not accommodate proper outlets next to the bed for phone charging. The hotel staff was very nice and held our luggage for the day of check out and also gave us a late check out. Over all we wouldn’t stay here again unless it’s completely renovated. Reading the reviews beforehand was very misleading because the reviews were for the Chelsea hotel next door not this hotel. The building also had a D rating on the front door.

Beds extremely uncomfortable without warm bedding. Rust abundant in the bathroom. Stains on the carpeting. Elevator vibrated and made noises that sounded like the cables were ready to come untethered. I didn't even look for the continental breakfast.

I expected a very nice stay and that is exactly what I got. Refurbished, but Super clean and fresh. Bagels and Cream Cheese were quite excellent, I just wanted some bacon and eggs.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and there was daily housekeeping. We didn't have the breakfast, so I can't attest to that. The location was perfect for us and there was so much around it. It was very convenient with access to many restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The room was clean and nice. We were on the second floor facing the street so there was a lot of street noise but it was fine with ear plugs. We really liked the breakfast bagels and muffins, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!
