Had THE BEST STAY HERE. The staff, the room, everything was great. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. It’s a smaller hotel, no restaurant on site, the elevators are a little slow, but it’s quaint and in the most perfect location. We could walk anywhere within 15 mins or so. Loved it so much I booked it again for summer!

This is a perfect nyc hotel in a great location. Our room was much bigger than the average room in the city. The hotel was not crowded at all and the staff is wonderful. The lobby is charming and we will definitely stay again.

Location was great - relatively quiet area with a subway station within a block of the hotel and lots of eating places close by. We stayed in a 2 queen bed and sofa bed suite and it was great for our family of five and had a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The room placement meant there were very few passerby’s and little noise from other guests. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

Great stay and rooms are larger than average in the area. The street in front of property is closed off to cars so it does help with noise but plan that you have to be dropped off and picked up around the corner. Convenient to subway, too! There is not a bar or restaurant or room service at this property but it wasn’t an issue for our group. I would stay here again!
