We recently updated the unit with fresh paint,new LVP flooring, living room furniture, beds, and lighting. We fell in love with this condo the moment we walked in! The ocean views are amazing from our Private Balcony on the 23rd floor. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the 23 floor of Royale Palms, next to Hilton Myrtle Beach. It has generous living space that is a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation or exceptional work environment.

For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Wonderful Myrtle Beach Getaway

This unit has a well-planned design with a central living area with access to the porch from the living room and each bedroom. There is lovely flooring throughout with nice area rugs. The amenities are very comfortable from the seating in the living room, to the beds, to the extra soft towels in the bathrooms. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean each day. We truly hope to visit this wonderful Myrtle Beach getaway again soon.

Property and unit were nice and clean. Only improvement is the leather on the sofa is completely worn and chair ottoman has a large stain. Obviously they are expensive pieces of furniture, but should consider reupholsterinfor replacing.

Disappointed in VRBO and The property Owner with how our vacation was handled. My Vacation was cut in more than half and let our family of 5 with no where to go. And VRBO was supposed to help us try and find somewhere to stay. They did not. The policy also states that they are supposed to accommodate you for 3 days of stay if the vacation was cancelled at no fault of the customer. I can prove where I have been on the phone with VRBO over 9+ hours. DO NOT BOOK WITH VRBO!!!!!!!!!

WOW! What an amazing vacation in a beautiful home. The sunset views and ocean views from the 23rd floor are breathtaking. The furnishings are upscale and wonderful comforts of home. Highly Recommend and after day 4 of 7 we decided to book again! Lots of fun and relaxation. Loved it!
