Book now to make the most memorable vacation ever in this beautiful stilt-built home offering granite counter tops in the kitchen, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 Double/Twin bunk, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, extended cable, WI/Fi, Tv's in every room, gas grill, outdoor shower hot/cold water to wash all the sand before entering the house.

For those who have difficulty climbing stairs, this home is equipped with an elevator. Please note that the elevator is exclusively available for individuals with disabilities to ensure safety and prevent accidents involving children.

Amazing 5112!!!

Me and my family loved staying in 5112! this RV campsite/Town was amazing all in one. you never have to leave if you don't want to. This property was great with the golf cart included (an absolute must) once you stay here you will not want to stay anywhere else.

We had a wonderful vacation. Great place to stay and perfect for kids. The house was super clean when we arrived. The best part was the limo golf cart. We was able to pack everything to the beach plus entire family as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to vacation. I have been coming to ocean lakes for 20 years, and it gets better every time. Nice time...

Home was nice. We had to wait for cleaning due to a miscommunication. The only criticism that we had was that it was taken for granted that we knew about the campground and we were new to the experience. It is a big place and needs some orientation for newcomers. I would have preferred beachfront but enjoyed the week.

This house was awesome. Great location, very clean, perfect size for 4 adults, loved that linens were provided, great golf cart, lots of outdoor seating areas and the elevator made it a great stay for m 82r old mother We will definitely return and recommend to others

Nice home with elevator and limo golf cart

Our stay at this property got off to a not so great start. When we arrived (20 minutes after the stated check in time), there was a locked chain across the drive way and we could not get in. I had to call the property manager a couple of times and was given a number to the lock which was a pain to unlock, but we were finally able to get in. I was traveling with my parents, ages 76 and 80, so this was very annoying after driving for 6 hours. The elevator was not downstairs and ready for use like we were assured would be so another call had to be made to the property manager. Then to top it off, there was no linen in the home whatsoever, also very annoying after traveling all day and wanting to freshen up before dinner. It took another 3 calls and 4 hours later, we finally had towels, washcloths and sheets. The golf cart was locked up which was fine, but it would have been nice to have been told the code to the lock without having to call the manager yet again. I was beginning to wonder if I had made a huge mistake booking this home considering the cost of it. But thankfully there were no more problems after that first day. The house was very nice, the only thing I would suggest to the owner would be a couple of larger frying pans or an electric skillet and more silverware. The elevator was a God send for my parents since they are both elderly and have several medical conditions. We especially loved the golf cart, it was so nice to have the "limo" style. The elevator and golf cart alone made this house worth it. I would stay here again but would certainly hope that next time, it is fully ready when we arrive.
