The property is nice. A bit dated and worn. It showed heavy signs of use. The parking garage is the biggest drawback. It made getting in and out of the property extremely difficult.

I loved the view. Room was good. Looks exactly like the pictures. Hotel was nice. I liked the free movie rental in the main lobby. Coffee shop was very nice. Vending machines had a nice selection. Parking garage is very very tight. We weren’t bothered by any noise from other rooms.

Nice room, bad service, smelt like wet dog

Patricia Grand definitely shows it’s age, pool and spas are nice. The rest of the building is eh. Room 1424 has a nice view and comfortable bed but extremely small bathroom and a overwhelming smell of wet dog when you walk in. I get it’s pet friendly but they need to clean better or something. As we were about to leavethe room at 10:05, house keeping barged right in with our evening knocking.

Highly disappointed with the room's cleanliness. I wiped up some water with a Clorox wipe to discover the floor was filthy. I took pictures and called the property management company. The next morning they sent housekeeping to mop the floors. Still not clean, I had to get on my hands and knees and scrub the floor by hand to ensure it was clean. I emailed the management company again and included pictures of how dirty it was. No response from them. We have booked through VRBO four times now and every single time we have had cleanliness and or mold issues. I will not use VRBO again. As fore paying a cleaning fee... I would like that credited back to me, I am the one who cleaned the floor properly.

Good stay

Everything was great. Only thing was the last morning at around 7:30 someone was cleaning or something and going through slamming all the doors down the hallway and it lasted for about an hour and a half. Otherwise, stay was great. No problems.
