The room was clean and had a great view, however our bed was so uncomfortable I left with a bad back. Breakfast was tasty, however not much of a choice, would be good to have some cereals available as not everyone likes cooked. The room also only had 1 cookie and 3 teabags to last us for a 2 night stay for 2.

Brilliant location next door to Aldgate station. Nice modern hotel, very clean. All staff that we dealt with were great. Was offered an early check in too which was great as allowed us to freshen up and go explore the city sooner.

Room very clean. Bed very comfortable Negative. Woman in restuarant for breakfast was appalling and needs training in customer service. She look miserable, asked her a question and had to remind her. She was extremely negative and came across that she really did not want to be there. Not great impression for this standard of hotel. Also need to have more than 1 tea bag in the room. And ensure more than 1 lift is working (2 lifts out of action) and had to wait 17 minutes for the lift to come to 12 floor. Not acceptable. I stop in this hotel a lot and it was not great this time. Such a pity

The guest check in was nice. However the cleanliness of the room was not good at all for a hotel. It lacked a fresh scent when walking it smelled like old people. The walls were dirty and the bathroom you can see the corner were not cleaned properly. I should of taken pictures. It was an okay stay. Hopefully Hotel saint can repaint the walls and smells of the room.
