Location is great for first time visitors. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room itself is not great, not super clean, beds are a tad uncomfortable and you can find much nicer hotels for less money in South Kensington area but overall okay.

Very central location. Apartments could do with a bit of tlc and better lighting as all rooms were really dark! Lamps in all of the rooms would make a huge difference. Sofa bed mattress springs were exposed and uncomfortable so a topper is needed.

Room was fairly clean, and facilities were okay. The curtains were not sufficient to block light in the morning as I was woken by it coming around the edge of the dorma window directly into my face. Blinds may have helped.

Below the standards of a Citadine.

The location is fantastic and the hotels has some postives amenties like the coffee and water station which is free of charge. But out stay was below the usual standards and we have stayed in Citadine Trafalgar before. They booked us in a disabled room which was not adequate for us. We had to submit a conmplaint and aftet spending the first night they then managed to allocate us in a another room. They gave us a complimentry breakfast for the troubles though. Breakfast itself, is really average and they need to improve on this. The amenities in the rooms are quite good but the shower rooms need a revamp. They are outdated. All in all the location is great for a stay in central london

Staff very welcoming upon arrival and informative. The room was clean ans perfect size for 2 of us. Situated between the embankment and trafalger square/ the strand, so easy access to trains, underground and bus routes. Would recommend esp for more than one night as the kitchen amenities in the room make it more affordable for those that don't want to dine out every night.

4th time at CitidanesTrafalga Square. Best location for short trips. Underground close and easy to get to Paddington and the airport. The one weakness is the breakfast. Low cost for a London hotel but also low quality. Coffee machine in lobby is also just okay. I do recommend the place however!

Thumbnail images are nothing like the reality

I know this is a more budget option when it comes to central London, but I was honestly a bit disappointed. First impression on walking in was the room was very tired and not very well cleaned. The mirrors were smeared with presumably a dirty cloth as were the kitchenette surfaces. That was a bit of a theme throughout. It felt a thoroughly used space. Bed and linens appeared and felt particularly old. Also the air conditioning was so loud I had to turn it all off at night despite it being a freezing night. I wouldn't return, sorry. Though the staff I spoke to were very nice and the downstairs areas are perfectly nice and modern. And of course that location is fantastic.

A nice Citadines in a very convenient part of town. Reception staff a little blasé but otherwise an uncomplicated stay. Enjoyed it.

Absolutely amazing stay in the heart of the west end. I could walk everywhere in central London, it was quiet despite being in a bustling part of town. Public transport options are basically unlimited. I could book plays last minute because I was right there. Had a great time!
