Great location in Kensington, close to tub and bus stops, shopping, dinning, and whole foods market 15 mins walking distance. Iber takes 10 mins to get to Victoria embankment by the Parlament, about 15-20 to get to Piccadilly Circus. Clean rooms, pleasant helpful stuff, computers/printers access, full breakfast, functional gym. Rooms: i got to stay in a small one on the 5th floor - typical London size hotel room, great view, elevator. And the biggest room on the ground floor - very big, king size bed. Both had microwave and little fridge, coffee pot, cups, cookies, fruit & water bottles. A/C (central), heated floor in bathroom, nice bog towels. Very modern and fresh rooms.

The location is superb and buffet at breakfast was Excellent.

Booked the basic room for one night. Great value for everything offered. Staff were particularly kind and helpful especially at check out and with last minute requests.

Have stayed her three times and have enjoyed each time they stopped including breakfast in the rate and missed that The staff are all very helpful and nice Location is very good with tube and bus very close All in all a very good chojce

They put me in an apartment opp hotel and I did not pay for that .Room is tiny and was claustrophobic .The window looked at dingy back side of hotel ..Felt cheated

For us, the main complaint is that the wifi was down. The staff was mostly friendly, but despite the fact that we had the confirmation code, they made us wait for their system to update because we had booked the room the same day we checked in. Also the breakfast served was over-priced for the quality of food served. (Note: the service in the restaurant was great, just the food was sub-par)

overall great experience.. we wanted to check in early since my flight arrived hours before normal check-in time, and they tried to accomodate us. ('upgraded' us to a club room, though i'm not sure how different it is from a standard room).. room was great & spacious (although, the large bed was really two beds pushed together).. bathroom was new & a great size. only real problem was that the A/C didn't work well - only did the work of a fan really. when booking a room, i would suggest an upper floor (2 and above), and a club room.

The room was nice but a bit too small, close to transit facilities, and loads of stores around. Great location if you plan on spending a lot of time in central London.

big rooms in club rooms.very quiet ,1 min to underground station.friendly staff.nice bathroom.with shampo.

Extremely small rooms (even by London standards). Very dark - not enough lightening. And most importantly - NO COLD WATER in the bathroom!!!

As a review I read stated, "good for a quick overnight stay", I could not agree more! The room was very small and needed a little extra care ( holes in the window treatment, slow drain, a wee bit of mold in the corners of shower). It would have been fine for a one night stay. Additional aggravations: took 4 calls to the front desk to get the heat sorted out in the room. No wifi in the room, just traditional hook up(this would have been fine if i was not using my ipad) comforter smelled like smoke, and the darn iron was tethered to the ironing board (who does that?). It was just not a comfortable stay.

It was a great experience.Hotel employees are very friendly, knowlegeable and always willing to help, and made us feel welcome. Our alarm clock that got misplaced was found.Hotel locations is just a walking distance to a lot of places such as restaurants, all kinds of stores as well as the train stations. As compare to our previous trips, every country has their own interesting ways which we all enjoyed.
