Great hotel in an amazing area! We walked everywhere and it was super convenient to take the subway from it. The hotel was very clean and super quiet. I didn’t receive any of the vip perks I was told during booking but other than that, it was amazing
The hotel had a cool adult vibe with an edgy rock star feeling dark rooms, a roof top bar and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for entertainment seeking tourists.
I lived everything about this place, the staff were completely friendly and helpful, everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and very convenient for us!
Nice little place. Excellent location. Excellent attention. I would like some more light. Beautiful roof top. The only thing I did not like is the bath tub. To high to enter. Feel dangerous. Overall very very good
We love this place. It’s owned by iron maiden and all the decor is really cool. There’s a cool hot tub in the rooftop bar and a great restaurant. Our bed was really cozy and the staff was awesome!
Two stars as the lunch and breakfast I had was very nice. Customer service very poor from reception to restaurant staff to the manager. My bill was incorrect (20% discount for the restaurant as hotel guest and £10 for VIP Hotels.com was owed totalling £24.40) and it took a week of chasing for a refund. Staff use the restaurant as an office and loudly regale their private lives. I felt the whole time I was an incovenience. Neither my husband nor I could get the shower any less than luke warm and the lack of power was such that I couldn't properly wash the conditioner out of my hair, and this was in a junior suite costing over £300.
Was good for our trip. Not to far to walk to and from most touristy places we wanted. Staff were friendly and wanted to help. Building smelt beautiful as was their attention to hotel details. Shame Mini bar was too expensive to use

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Very friendly receptionists and bar staff- beds slightly firmer than we like - personal preference- bedding clean and lovely
First, let me say the staff was excellent. They accommodated our requests as best they could. However, they were defeated by the hotel. The hotel isn't really suitable for more than a couple of nights stay (or a one night stand from the bar next door). We were staying 6 nights and were at the beginning of a three week stay in Europe, traveling with two roll-aboards and a larger suitcase. The limited space in our room turned it into an obstacle course. Visualize a twelve inch wide closet with just 4 hangers. We decided to upgrade to a larger room at our expense which helped some. Per a request made directly to a very accommodating housekeeper, we finally were provided with washcloths, but none could be found after that initial request. Outlets to power our phone and other gadgets were at floor level across from the bed. The hook that held the curtains back and open was falling out of the wall. The chain lock for the door was of no use because the part that threads through the channel was missing. It had been a long time since I'd seen a sink with separate spigots for hot and cold. I knew when the bar next door closed when the thump, thump, thump of the bass we heard in our room stopped at 3am. It was easy to see that the old "Rocker" hotel had seen better days and needs some updating. The one plus is the location--conveinient to Soho and Covenant Garden.
We had an excellent stay at Karma Sanctum Soho. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from Regent Street and Soho, with Chinatown and Piccadilly only a short 5–8 minute walk. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, making it perfect for exploring the area.
The hotel offers air conditioning and an elevator, which made our stay comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — incredibly friendly and always willing to help.
A wonderful experience overall!
