Good location for our visit to neighbouring West Hampstead. Shopping centre opposite, other shops along the road. Quiet room even though on busy route. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Slept well. Fortunately, no noisy fellow travellers in our corridor. Room very clean - compliments to housekeeping staff - please give them a bonus! More than ample breakfast inc fresh fruits. £12 per day parking a bit steep but plenty of spaces. Would absolutely re-book.
Awful customer service with a rude reception worker. Ruined my stay and overcharged me. When questioned became rude and started swearing. The rooms were dirty and damp and even 1 star is generous. Definitely wont be back
I arrived at this Holiday Inn property after a day of work in several areas West of London. After dealing with traffic for over an hour I arrived at the Holiday Inn - Brent Cross. The hotel is large and well-lit so very easy to find in the evening. Upon check-in I was promptly greeted and check-in was taken care of. The associate who helped me was wearing a "trainee" badge. He was excellent, able to answer my questions, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. The room was simply okay. Everything was clean but the bathrooms could definitely use a bit of updating. No real complaints, but I have stayed in many more up-to-date Holiday Inns and this was a bit below the "Holiday Inn average" I have seen. I paid for the breakfast package which was well worth it. The buffet spread they had each morning was nice and you could eat until you were full. One of the nicest things about that was that it was open until 10AM. Still catching up on sleep from my long flights I was not up as early as usual! In my opinion by far the best aspect of this hotel - the location! As others have mentioned, this hotel is near Brent Cross Shopping Center (huge mall) and very near the Brent Cross Tube Station. The hotel offers a very reliable shuttle which is included in the hotel cost. Most of the time I actually walked to the tube station because it only took around 12-15 mins, but I did utilize the shuttle when I was in a rush the first night and when I left my last day (with luggage). That tube station is on the Northern Line which can take you right into the heart of London and/or connect you with any other line you need to get where you are going. Part of the reason I booked this hotel was because of its proximity to a great tube station and this surely did not disappoint! As I said, the rooms could use a bit of updating, BUT the close proximity to the tube station, breakfast, and cost make this a hotel I will definitely return to in the future when I am back in London.
6 night stay booked over the phone. No hassle, professional. A basic, no frills double room, spacious with a queen sized bed, ok but it all seems to need a bit of a makeover, bed/mattress were old & uncomfortable, decor slightly tatty. Room service was quick, i'd ordered sandwiches, rather bland but edible, & wine. Both pricey. Excellent free Shuttle-Bus. Brent X tube & shopping centre close by. All of the staff were pleasant, polite & helpful. It's not 'The Ritz`but it's reasonable for the money.
Great hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Lots of parking, but you do have to pay extra (pretty normal this close to London). Have a great free on-demand shuttle service to the Tube, to save a 10 - 15 minutes walk or £5 minicab fare. Lovely breakfasts. 20 - 25 minutes tube ride into the center of London, so this is a great base for which to explore London for a long weekend.
£200 per night for a standard room and charged extra for parking cos I have a lorry. To pay all this money and not have a free breakfast and only have a limited tv viewing experience is disappointing. My personal opinion is pure greed. I wont stop here again if I have to pay for myself. Premier Inn is my preference.
All staff encountered were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The mall is right across the road, as is a shopping complex. The hotel rooms are a little dated. I had last stayed at the hotel 15 years ago when it was pretty new.
We stayed for 2 night. Great parking and the food in The Junction was really good!!! Kids each free and the food was perfect so all in all a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were all lovely!
Great location with on site parking which is is always a bonus in London. The room I had wasn’t great and did smell a bit damp, but on the whole for a short stay it’s fine. Bar and restaurant are good enough if you stay in and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Very handy for central London, only 15 mins on the northern line to get here from Euston. With hindsight I probably wouldn't make the walk from underground to hotel but that was my mistake! Very clean room, friendly service and tasty room service, and as mentioned, handy location.
