Clean, comfortable, great location. Feet away from the metro.

Overall, a very nice stay. I only have one issue.... when I purchased the hotel stay package, I thought I was purchasing one of the nicer rooms, but had to upgrade to a better room once I checked in. Just watch that when you make your reservation and make sure you are getting the room you want.

Location: The Bailey's Hotel sits across from the Gloucester Road tube station which connects 3 different tube lines. The surrounding neighborhood offers a large variety of dining options (including Princess Diana's favorite Oa Mario) and food markets. Comfort: This elegant hotel provides spacious rooms and large comfortable beds. Our room had an armoire, so we were actually able to unpack and put away all of our clothes. The bathroom had a towel warmer for visits during the colder months. Staff: Any request was acted upon swiftly and courteously. Amenities: The bathroom did not have an electrical outlet for a hair drier. I went to the hardware shop across the street and purchased an extension cord. Problem solved. Otherwise, this hotel is practically perfect. Very British and very wonderful. We look forward to our return.

Fabulous location. Tube station almost at the front steps. Staff was great.

The hotel is very well appointed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family luxury room with two queen beds. The room was large and the bathroom was also nice. We had a street side view. The hotel is across the street from public transit but we usually took a taxi. The breakfast was also quite good. The concierge, arranged our transport to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has been modernized with all conveniences. The in house restaurant is fantastic. The proximity to the tube station was another bonus.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Bailey's Hotel London. The staff members are wonderful, especially Gary the doorman. We always felt welcomed back when we entered the doors of the beautiful lobby after a long day of sightseeing! We will stay at The Bailey's Hotel the next time we visit London.

This hotel is quite charming and in excellent location. Daily I was able to walk out my door and walk down the block for breakfast before heading out for planned activities. It's a quick walk to Harrod's, Victoria & Albert Museum and the National History Museum. Lots of shops in the area and you're right at the Gloucester tube station. Staff was superb and in getting me on day trips and seeing theater selections of interest.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's in a great location, the rooms are modern and comfortable. The restaurant and bar was was very clean and the breakfast in particular was a great way for my family to start every day. But what I appreciated the most was a very professional and outgoing staff who was available for questions and advice at all times! I would definitely recommend the Bailey's Hotel!

The hotel was great, the room was clean, staff was helpful and accomodating. The only negative is that my room was too small, but everything was great!

Very pleasant. One week feeling at home. Desapointed because breakfast wasn’t included. May be my error at reservation.

Great place , classy , elegant , comfortable rooms , nice bathrooms

Fantastic hotel. Close to everything!! Mattress a bit firm for my taste. Will definitely stay at The Bailey’s again next time I’m in London.

Excellent location! Great service. I will definitely stay again during my next visit.
