Honestly, I'd like to give this place a 3.5 star or even 4 star rating. However, we had a series of experiences with the staff that prevent me from doing that. These are: 1) saying that they were going to provide us with a wake up call and then failing to do so; 2) telling us on two occasions—when we checked-in and then again when we ordered it—that breakfast was included and then trying to charge us $70 for breakfast when we checked out; and 3) telling that they ordered us a taxi for the airport only to discover when we needed to go to the airport that they hadn't ordered us a taxi. This last point was especially obnoxious as we were there in the midst of a transit strike and it was impossible to get from the hotel to the airport via rail. Fortunately, we were eventually able to get to the airport.
