When we got to our hotel, we noticed that the fridge wasn't working, there were stains on the couch, and when we went to wash our hands, the drain in the sink didn't work and the sink filled up with water. After a long travel day, we just wanted to take a shower, but the drain ended up being backed up there too, so I stood in a pool of water as I took my shower. We went to a concert at Memorial Stadium, and didn't get back until 1am, but as we went to get into our room, our card didn't work to let us back in. I tried it a few different times before having to go to the lobby and get staff help. I feel that this price for a hotel as average as this is too expensive. I would expect this for maybe $60/night, not $187.

My family and I stayed for 5 days, the hallways smelled really bad. Our shower head was broken & the water took forever to drain down. The shower curtains were stained & so were our bed sheets. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room once only took garbage out and gave us new towels.The breakfast had good options. The staff was really nice though.

Dirty. Filth. No pool. No working tvs. Hotel smelled. Things just sitting on hallway floor. Trash in parking lot. Signage falling off the walls as you walked in. I tried to cancel out of my reservation since I had no working amenities.And they would not let me. I ended up going to the hotel next door which was a Tru and it was very nice and clean. Unfortunate.I had to pay 42 hotel rooms in one night, but I could not stay there on top of everything.It looked like an eight year o d kid made the bed so i'm not sure they even washed the sheets

There was no TV service. The lady running the front desk was not rude, but was far from polite. Seems that they had some kind of spill or overflow. They had fans running on all levels and it smells really musty.

Perhaps my fault, but I was confused about a separate charge for my VA supplied therapy pet. I have no problem with that as she is not a qualified "service" animal. However I was told at checkin that this was a refundable damage deposit, plus after seeing it on my debit card statement, I called the hotel and was told that refunds take 1-2 weeks. Today I was told that was their "fee" for pets. OK..... the hotel was decent and clean. I can't go higher than 3 stars due to loose door mouldings in my room, plus a difficult toilet to flush. Make sure you understand everything completely. I have never been charged for my VA pet.

Floors are very dirty, especially near the edge. The location was experiencing extreme cold and the room heater was turned off. The room never warmed up to a comfortable temperature, even after the heater was on all night.

Room was fine except for extremely strong perfume odor in room. Heard very loud yelling from down the hallway to the point that I about called the police. When I went out into the hallway to see what was going on, the night clerk came out of the managers office yelling at someone over his cellphone. Very unprofessional and disturbing.
