Overall good, the suite was a little dirty when we arrived, bed was clean, Beth room had some toothpaste in the sink and some stickiness on the counter. Toilet was clean, view from balcony was nice. Would highly benefit having a shuttle to the strip from the hotel as it’s a far walk and the bridge was a bit sketchy especially in the evening.

Room wasn't cleaned

DON'T STAY HEREHello Danah,If you think 10% off for one night is acceptable you're mistaken. The room was never cleaned after the last family was in there. I stayed two nights in someone else's dirty room. Would you do that?!I spent my time waiting for a maid that I was told was coming right away and didn't for TWO Days! I was reassured that it would be taken care of on my first night, it wasn't. I sent 29 Emails, 18 pictures, talked to five different staff members at the hotel and you want to send me 15! You owe me two nights credit of 135.98 without the extra fees and taxes, plus 62.02 for my time for a total of 200. I think the Palms Hotel can afford that....Now is your time to provide some level of customer service that was so lacking. I met other guests in the evaluator, SAMETHING happened to them!
