Quite place but still close to the action

There are two monorail stations close to this hotel if you want to save on Ubers and Lyfts. Everything is as described, it is a time share and when you check in they kind of pressure you to take a time share presentation, but once you tell them no and you are not interested they will leave you alone.

Great place close to the strip

I was in Vegas to see the Usher show and after (unknowingly) choosing the same weekend as the ConEx conference, I was able to find this great place at the hilton about a month before my trip. The room was very clean and the microwave, sink, and fridge came in handy during my four day stay. Grand Paradise is also a short walk to the Westgate stop on the Vegas monorail to access the rest of the strip. All in all a great place to stay for a much needed getaway!

Pretty good

Rooms are not sound proofed very well. Neighbor threw up every morning and was like he was in our room. Window washer woke us up at 8 am. Pool and hot tub was only open from 10am to 6pm, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, good place.

Very good but one MAJOR flaw

Welcoming, clean, good location. Fitness room was small but well-equipped; Starbucks expensive but good. One HUGE flaw: no hot water! The shower was never more than tepid and often just cold. Raised it on my first day, and the maintenance folks came up twice, but they basically said "the boiler doesn't work and the backup is out of service, please hassle the front desk." Which I did - to no avail :(. So I would not return: not having hot water is a basic competency for a hotel!
