Roaches

We were only at the property for about an hour and chose to depart due to roaches in the unit. Management did offer to move us to another unit, but we didn’t want to risk taking roaches home with us. Since we booked with a 3rd party vendor they asked us to contact Hotels.com for a refund, and denied the refund request when approached by Hotels.com. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and seemed quite dishonest. I realize Las Vegas is in a desert but we’ve visited many times and have never had this issue at other places. This one just wasn’t clean.

This place saved my husband and I. We switched hotels from OYO to this one because OYO was disgusting I mean old, smelly, not clean, there was mold in the tub and had roaches. I wish I would have found this one sooner because just walking in to check in was so clean. And our room was so cute and also CLEAN and looked like the pictures posted. Its also like a perfect apt for a single couple with no kids and had everything we needed. I'm excited to come back and reserve here again. Check out was also easy we just went and dropped the keys off in the box and went to the casino next door. Thank you so much.
