Check in process was fast and easy. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Loved that is across the street from a Casino so I was able to enjoy both. The rooms were clean, it was nice having a hot tub and a laundry closet.. loved my stay

This was ideal for a place to stay during a weekend event at South Point casino. We got two adjoining rooms for our group. It was roomy and there is a kitchen with a full stove, fridge and dining table so we could save money by cooking our own meals. We enjoyed the jacuzzi before it started getting crowded on Friday night. It does get quite crowded on the weekends and check in can take a long time but we got there early so it wasn’t bad.

Toilet clogged frequently and the refrigerator was leaking water. Not many available electrical outlets for charging phones. Staff was very pleasant and the rooms and bathrooms were a great size. Water stayed hot while filling soaking tub. Overall experience was nice.

Everything went well checking in. I needed a wheelchair because of planter fasciitis here they wanted 35.00 a day. We were going across street to south point arena for a auction there it's free to get one just leave your driver's license till you bring it back

unfortunately our experience was far from great. There was hair in the bathroom, no shampoo or soap in the shower, and no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. When we requested these items, it took almost 30 minutes for them to arrive, and the staff member who brought them had a noticeably poor attitude. The queen sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and very noisy, even for kids. The only positive aspect of our stay was the swimming pool. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family and me.
