We made reservations over 4 months ago and were not granted the King Deluxe we reserved because they gave away our room. I overheard several other guests saying the same thing. Also, room 2133 has NO hot water to shower or bath with! Probably won’t be back.

A great deal for LV. Great service, clean rooms, parking included (and an overflow garage for busy nights!). Close to fun downtown stuff and to practical things (Walgreens, Dunkin, etc.). Nice pool deck with a lovely mellow vibe. Overall, my stay was better than expected. Would stay here again. It’s little loud in the area on a party night but that’s true of any hotel near Fremont. Take the front desk up on the free earplugs offer!

I liked the pool and the staff was good. Our room, which was an upgrade, was okay but not amazing. We had not hot water and the bed is not comfortable. We were in the new tower. There were limited eating options. The hotel was clean and felt safe and an affordable option very close to all the Freemont fun. It also had very easy access to ride share.

There were no food option you had to go across the street but they did offer room service from the restaurant across the street there were a lot of prostitution going on in the bathroom late night the room was nice but the water pressure was awful and the shower did not get that hot the pool was nice

Very nice hotel with a pool. Affordable compared to hotels on the strip & it’s right next to Fremont street Experience. There are quite a few homeless people in the area but nothing overwhelming. Lady at the front desk during the night was rude. Parking is across the street from the hotel and has no elevators, it is free though.

The property was nice, clean and the staff provides excellent service. The only downside is the pool closes at 7pm daily. With the high temps, it should be open for some later evening swimming when it gets a little cooler and the sun isn't beating on their tiled walkway. Super hot to walk on without shoes of any kind.

We didn’t seek out food at this hotel but opted for the food court across the street since we needed lat night/24 hr options. The American cuisine restaurant in this casino was closed for an unknown reason.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and is especially convenient for those with a car. The free parking is a super plus. Having the entertainment of Fremont Street right next to the hotel is a pro and a con. First you are in the heart of the action with lots of music and festivities all around. The con is that there is lots of music and festivities all around (the loud music filters clearly into your room). At check-in I asked if there were any upgrades because I was an Expedia platinum member. I was told yes and would receive it. The room I received looked exactly like the one I originally booked, and I felt tricked. I don't know if it was the norm but in 7 days I only had housekeeping clean my room once. The first time I had to call several times to request housekeeping to at least bring fresh towels. The air conditioning in the room is super loud. Trying to watch television meant you had to turn the volume up super high, and then when the AC turned off, you had to scramble for the tv remote to turn lower the volume. So all day there is a constant battle between the television volume and the AC noise. Overall, I would give the hotel another try and I would recommend it to others. The free parking and location make up for the other inconveniences. I would specifically request a room away from the Fremont Street music and hope that the air conditioning in my room is not too loud.

Only complaint we had was we had to call maintenance for the toilet had low pressure when flushing. We always stay at The Downtown Grand have stayed here at least 6 times already
