The host was fantastic in their communication! We really enjoyed the stay, the house was cute with plenty of room in the living room area and in each room. Plenty of items supplied which is so helpful (detergent pods for clothes and dishes, bathroom items, facemasks, etc.) We wish we could have used the pool but the weather was too cold … next time! The location is very close to the strip, about 15-25 mins. Highly recommend this house and the host!

Nice place

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was nice and it was great to be able to cook some while we were there.

Our 50th bday celebrations

We had friends from Wi fly in *we flew in from FL* to celebrate our 50th bday (my husband and I) the house was so clean and the host was very good on asking if we needed anything etc. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a nice cool down. Perfect for our stay. Very nice place.

Fantastic Home

We gathered for cousin reunion at the home and found it to be extremely clean, well stocked. Pool was very clean and was a highlight of the stay. We would recommend this home for a vacation retreat! We would absolutely return again.

Just as described! Spacious, clean, and fantastic pool!

House was beautiful and included all the amenities. Fantastic pool (which was nice and cool in the hot weather), nice grill and patio, and lots of room for entertaining!!! Host was very friendly and quick to respond!!! Everyone loved it!!!

Ladies Vegas Trip

We were in Vegas for a billard tournament. Staying at this place made it easy for us to get back and forth to the Rio. We loved the place and the owner was very responsive to our messages. Will recommend to anyone, and will book again if needed.

Clean house with lots of room

The host was quick to respond when we had questions and the house is large enough to accommodate a larger group of adults. I love that waters were in the fridge and coffee for the Keurig .

50th Birthday

Property was amazing! Great communication with property owner. We had 10 adults, 2 to each room. We cooked and grilled. Plenty of room. I wouldn’t recommend walking to Fremont. A little too far to walk. Quick Uber or car ride. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

Great for families

I was in Vegas for a conference and my family came with. This property was close enough to the strip but also the perfect distance away from the party scene. Communication with the America was great, check in was easy, and so was the check out process! The house was perfect for our family with lots of space and beds were comfortable. I would recommend bring a noise machine or something if you are a light sleeper, as sometimes the outside noise woke me up, but I was in the room at the front of the house. We would stay here again!!

Very nice house

Very easy check in. The host was very easy to communicate with. Responded very quickly. House was just as described. The house had everything we needed. House was very clean and well kept. Didn’t get to use the pool as it wasn’t warm enough but it was a great looking pool and a well kept backyard area that we did enjoy.

The perfect location

We used this house for a reunion of sorts. My brother passed away very unexpectedly last year. He was a huge fan of The Grateful Dead/Dead & Co. As a tribute to him, I gathered some of his closest friends he has known since college, flew them to Vegas, and everyone stayed here and went to the show together. This house allowed to be together and still have our own space. It was perfect for us.

Good place to stay

This is a great place but we had a small problem with the heater on our first morning. I notified my point of contact. When we got back that evening it was fixed but the morning we left it started to do that again. We had several problems logging into the wifi because of passwords. I notified the contact and they gave me several different passwords to try and none of them worked. We ended up just using hotspots from our phones to complete the work that we needed to get done. The home is nice and clean and great for a place to stay. The neighborhood is a bit older and run down but we were not concerned for our safety. All in all it was a good place to stay. It was way to cold for us to use the pool. It was in the 30s at night so it was way too cold for pool use on our trip.
