We had a fantastic stay in Kimberly and Brian's condo. It was the perfect location to be convenient to everything but far enough away from the strip to be quiet and calm. The unit was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. We had everything we needed for a very nice stay. I highly recommend this listing.

This was my best experience I had renting a condo. The owner was very responsive and helpful. This condo was very clean and incredibly supplied with everything, even a small cooler for your car. The kitchen had everything from spices, baking dishes, foil wrap, paper towels, coffee supplies etc. The bedrooms had extra pillows, blankets, lots of towels, hangers, tv. The laundry had plenty of detergent available with a basket. I come out the Las Vagus to hike and climb at Red Rocks Canyon and I hope this condo will be available for my next trip.

Aside from our initial trouble getting in (which was my fault) everything was so beautiful and clean. The complex it is in is very nice too. I walked around it. I would recommend written instructional for the TVs. Between the three remotes (complicated) we were lucky to find a few programs we like. So, thank you for the great accommodations and we will refer your place to friends.

The condo is exactly as listed! Kim was such a gracious and attentive host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt much more comfortable and relaxed there rather than a hotel!! We didn’t want for anything! We have family in Vegas so we will be booking with Kim again!!

As expected everything was fist class that’s why we chose to stay there a second time super easy entry code to unit which was welcome arriving late at night after a east to west coast trip this will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to Vegas

We were in town for a wedding. The location was central to everything. I liked that it had reserved parking close to the unit at the front on the complex. It’s located in a quiet community. The beds we’re comfortable and the unit was clean.

The location was perfect. We loved being in Summerlin and using the condo as a home-base for our week of visiting state parks and national parks for hiking and astrophotography. However, on night three when I needed to do laundry, I was surprised to find the sheets from the prior guests still in the dryer. I folded the sheets and put them in the linen closet. Not a big deal. I just wish the cleaners had finished this before we arrived. Communication with Kim was great. The condo was very well kept and nicely equipped.

The apartment was great friendly neighbors nice pool and location Specially, the first bedroom bed is very noisy when you move, the second bathroom shower door won't stay closed when wet, no dishwasher tabs, and a too small coffee pot. With the exception of the bed frame, the rest is just nitpicking. I stay in a lot of Vrbo and universally this was great Thank you
