C105 with AC is a Deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ground floor condo with a king size bed, two twin and a sofa bed. C105 has a garden view and faces the cool side of the property. Enjoy quick lanai access to the pool, tennis & pickleball courts & putting green. It is tiled throughout. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and wood cabinets. The C105 floor plan has the largest living room and is very roomy.  This apartment is very popular so book way ahead.

Excellent condo and I love the location. This is our second time back to this resort. I did need to buy a blanket for the pullout bed because only sheets were provided. The condo is clean and had everything else we needed.

Great relaxing experience in beautiful condo location

The condo was comfortable for our party of 6 with the lanai opening up to the center grass area and putting green next to the pool and jacuzzi. It is a nice short walk to the adjacent park and beach. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and boogie boards on our trek to various beaches around the island. We enjoyed connecting with old friends, seeing where our late grandpa grew up a making some new connections and enjoyed delicious food throughout our visit while being able to cook in our condo.

Fantastic property in Kihei!

I've stayed in many properties in Kihei and this one is hands-down the best. Great staff and check-in, nice size property, great location, and the unit was just as advertised. I have NO hesitancy in recommending this to anyone and I'll be back!

Great stay at Luana Kai

A wonderful resort to stay at in Maui. They have everything you need in your condo available, plus extras! The pool is wonderful and availability of bbq’s was awesome. The beach is very accessible too. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic Stay

Our family had a great stay at Luana Kai C105. The communication prior to our visit was great and the Unit exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and fully stocked. We appreciated the boogie boards (3) coolers, beach chairs and beach umbrella, we used them everyday at the beach. Pool area was great for the kids and the beach was good for evening sunset swims. Overall we had a great time.

Nice mid-range stay in Kihei

Really nice condo on a really nice property. Management team was easy to work with. Much more reasonable price point relative to the area. The only complaint was that the wifi was a bit slow, but that did not detract much from the overall experience.
