Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. This place should be shut down. It is unsafe and unsanitary with cockroaches, dirty sheets, room was never cleaned, no shower and broken furniture. We did not stay there, left as soon as we saw how unsafe it was.

They put me in a room with no mattress, it was just layers of foam padding. Then the hot water didn’t work for the shower. I tried going to the desk several times with no luck of finding anyone.

I ended up sleeping in the truck, because the AC never really did anything. My buddy slept in there. No towels, I had to ask someone from the front desk to let me out, because the door handle didn’t have any guts. It was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Roaches, bed bugs!! Then the front desk attendent said she couldnt do anything when i asked she gave me a phone number to call management. So left and slept in my car. Called next morning same lady answered said management wss off till monday i called ALL DAY Monday NO ONE would answer so i could try to work it out!!

Room didn't have working locks. No ac. Staff wouldn't switch rooms, was told they'd switch it for us. Then waiting 30 mins in the lobby. Expedia ended up changing my reservation for me which was awesome
