Nice

Do NOT go here. Especially with children. It was filthy, overcrowded.

It could use better vending machines, A breakfast would be nice

The overall stay was fine, I stayed there after a 12 hour drive and had a 6 hour drive the next day, so all I wanted to do was check in, shower, sleep, and leave. When I got in there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait about 10 minutes until someone came out from a backroom attached to the check out desk. My room was good for the most part; warm, tidy and all that. I say tidy instead of clean because there seemed to be blood spotted on the shower curtain which I actually didn't notice until the morning. Also, the wifi password was never given to me, or located anywhere in the room.

These people are definitely understaffed. When I asked for some shampoo and lotion from the front desk because they don’t clean your room for you and restock things they said they didn’t have anymore. They do not have any type of continental breakfast. The only time the restaurants open is in the morning and you have to order a full out breakfast and pay for it. You might as well go to Denny’s or Perkins. It would be cheaper and better. They have no food available on site. There are vending machines, they don’t have any. You can buy stuff down at the front desk but there is Really nothing even there, a package of pop tarts, some cupcakes, maybe a couple candy bars and a few drinks. For the type of service you get there overpriced. The only good thing is that they have a swimming pool and hot tub that’s open. Bad thing is that little kids all get in the hot tub and it’s kind of crazy so you really don’t enjoy yourself. The weight room looks like it went on a diet. They have a 30, 20 and a 10 pound dumbbell set with two treadmills. What kind of a workout room is that? Honestly not having your room clean, having to take your own trash down, limited supply on soap really And the ability to get something to eat just make this not a very pleasurable place. I would rather stay somewhere else and pay $10 extra for some nicer amenities

Great place! Would stay again!

Its an odd hotel. The rooms aren't as nice as you expect from the pictures. The location is great, we would stay their again if we were on a tight budget.

It was one of the worst experiences that I've had. Out of six lights only three worth no telephone work contact tracing where we were only two electrical outlets work thought I was charging my phone but no electricity

I am super happy with the staff but extremely upset that I spent $150 for a room with no AC. The young men that were working were absolutely awesome but not sure why they rented out this room if the AC was down.

The check in process was very easy and the gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a super weird confusing layout with lots of doors to go through till you can get to your room. When we got to the room it was extremely muggy, turned on the AC and only warm air would come out. Uncomfortable to sleep. Had to sleep with the door to the balcony open.

The pool area looks pretty, the pool was cold in November. The room was hot and the air did not work. Each hallway had a weird heavy old door you had to go through to get to the rooms. It looked gross and prison like. The breakfast staff in the morning were all very welcoming and helpful and kind. The front desk staff were not very friendly.

The lobby and main hotel was beautiful, lots of places to hang out if you wanted to, the room was average, similar to most other places I’ve stayed, nothing special. The only complaint I would mention is the bed was really hard, woke up with a stiff back each day and the pillows were so soft I had to use all 4 just to give my head any kind of support which added to the sore back in the morning
