I am super happy with the staff but extremely upset that I spent $150 for a room with no AC. The young men that were working were absolutely awesome but not sure why they rented out this room if the AC was down.

The check in process was very easy and the gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a super weird confusing layout with lots of doors to go through till you can get to your room. When we got to the room it was extremely muggy, turned on the AC and only warm air would come out. Uncomfortable to sleep. Had to sleep with the door to the balcony open.

The pool area looks pretty, the pool was cold in November. The room was hot and the air did not work. Each hallway had a weird heavy old door you had to go through to get to the rooms. It looked gross and prison like. The breakfast staff in the morning were all very welcoming and helpful and kind. The front desk staff were not very friendly.

The lobby and main hotel was beautiful, lots of places to hang out if you wanted to, the room was average, similar to most other places I’ve stayed, nothing special. The only complaint I would mention is the bed was really hard, woke up with a stiff back each day and the pillows were so soft I had to use all 4 just to give my head any kind of support which added to the sore back in the morning

The staff. But, rooms were noisy that were by the buffet and could use more quietness

The property had a unique open l93bby similiar to Opryland Hotels. Weight room was bad, pool was ok, service was OK. Very few smiling staff. For me it was a great bed, no real room cleanliness issues just plain and you can tell the floor is cheap. For my purposes it was good, but their are other hotels i the country with the same name and similiar occupants whom do a better job.

I was surpriaed by the hotel because the price was low. It was very nice, it had a pool and hot tub and breakfast. Close to the interstates for easy access and a safe area.

Building is very old no furniture in the room. Staff doesn’t have common sense. Communication between the shifts is no existent.

It was clean and the staff was professional. Easy stay

The hotel was nice! On first arrival, looks outdated. Once you step in it's nice and big. The room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave. Room was pefect for our 4 day stay. I like the 12p check out time. Right off freeway. There's a few plaza's near by. Food, shopping.

Hot tub is on point. They treat you like family. And they have grits for breakfast

Very clean, comfortable, affordable and staff is great. Convenient location for Lenexa/OP/KC visit.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great staff. Great location.

The guest services representative at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a real cooked breakfast of sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, etc. rather than just cereal and packaged pastries, etc. Huge common indoor area was an inviting place to hang out, with pool and large hot tub for those interested.

The location we liked. Things we didnt like was, water leak in shower, bugs in room, hardly any good parking, couldnt work A/C or heater easily and remote didnt work properly.

Staff and facilities were very nice, the only complaint was having the room cards failing to open the door and having new one made almost daily.
