When booking a 2-night stay online, I was charged once, then charged again at check-in for double the price. On top of that, I was required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit for my registered service dog, despite offering proof of registration and asking for clarification.
The room itself was in poor condition—dirty walls with food and other substances on them, and cockroaches present. At one point, my room keys stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the overcharging, the improper service dog fee, and the unsanitary conditions, I cannot recommend staying here.
