My husband and I spent 2 nights in a studio king room. We had a good location on the first floor, close to everything. We loved the breakfast buffet but I think it should be set up differently as the line for the waffle maker collides with the hot food buffet, but other than that, it was great. Lots of choices and it was constantly kept fresh and fully stocked. The room was nice. There is no shortage of electrical outlets. I counted over 40 that were visible to the eye. Haha. The soaps/shampoos were average, at best. Also, I love hotels that have make-up wipes... would have preferred that over the shoe shine wipes. Does anyone still use those?? Everything was comfortable and served our purposes well. We even played "horse" on the basketball court. That was a fun amenity. Only negative was the ice machine was broken so we had to buy a bag of ice while we were there. We would recommend this to singles, couples, families and will return!
We just spent two nights at the Residence Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and we found the room to be very spacious with a full size refrigerator a two burner range top and a microwave. Breakfast was included and the selections were pretty nice.
We have stayed at this hotel many times. This time, I booked four 2 bedroom suites for a family reunion. We checked in early on the Marriott app, but when we got there, I was told that we could only have three 2 bedroom units. 3 of the 4 suites were for families that could not leave their children (all under 10 yo) in a room by themselves. My adult son and my husband and I were going to stay in another 2 bedroom suite, but we didn't complain. We took the two 1 bedroom units and split up. We paid the same for the two 1 bedrooms as we were for the 2 bedroom unit. The room my husband and I stayed in had the following issues: 1. dirty dishes in the cupboard. 2. the light in the bathroom did not work properly. 3. no oven - we needed one and the 2 bedroom units have them. 4. the wifi was horrible. I paid to stream a football game and ended up watching it on our phones using our data plan. 5. ANTS!!! - all over. I went to the desk in the evening and asked for a new room, but was told they would leave a note for the manager. I have STILL not heard from the manager - 2 days later. Even though we qualify for senior rates, I was not allowed to use it. This whole experience has soured me on Marriott and I am a rewards member that uses Marriott exclusively - at least until now. The staff was pleasant but completely ineffectual. I called the hotel and talked to staff one more time before posting this
We had 2 baseball teams stay here. Very accomodating and things to do while there including not only the pool but a basketball court as well. Plenty of space to gather and meet. Got a group rate so it was a great value considering the rooms and amenities. Will book here again for sure.
I reserved a King suite and the room was much bigger than a king suite I have stayed at at any other Residence inn in the U.S. The carpet was newer and the furniture was in great shape. The layout was nice and had a large work are and nice, raised, eating table.
We were so thrilled that we found this gem. Very clean, nice amenities, and friendly customer service. They also have a nice amount for military discount on the price. I highly recommend it. They also had a very nice continental breakfast with many options to choose from.
I must say this is a very good long stay hotel, rooms are big. I was staying in studio apartment for a month. The location is just perfect, close to almost everything, shops, restaurant, supermarket. The best part was the stuffs. Starting from front desk to house keeping, they are very friendly. The only reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is lack of variety in breakfast. When someone is starting for long, after a week you will certainly get bored of the choices.
This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at - so much value! The staff was great, and the room layout was perfect for our family of 4. Breakfast was awesome, and you can even get groceries delivered to your room!
It's you average residence inn. Had a room on the first floor. Good size room with a full size refrigerator. Room was clean, staff were friendly, and continental breakfast is what you expect at these type of hotels. No complaints.
Room is spacious with gas fireplace (didn't use). Lights are bright for the sink but the bathroom fan is very noisy. Luckily was on the 3rd floor where no one was above me. Flipping through the tv channels are slow which is annoying but the tv channel list provide did help get to the channel directly. Breakfast is typical with other Marriott hotel change less the packaged bread and bagel which allowed making a sandwich for lunch if your on the road. Mon thru wed evening they provide a appetizer snack and drinks which could be some burgers, tacos, and pasta. The house keeping apparently do not replenish your shampoo during your stay but does the towels So need to go down to the front desk to get one. Kitchen lights are too low and if your tall you will be bumping your head. Kitchen stove is updated with the flat surface type. The plates in the cabinets where dirty with which was a let down as expecting clean dishes. Good location for close by restaurants. Employees are friendly and helpful. Would stay again hopefully the cleanliness of the room and amenities provided are clean the next time around.
