Stayed here for one night on a business trip. The hotel is in a good location with a lot right around it. Close to many things. The rooms are nice and spacious with a kitchen and nice living room. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the mattress was maybe a little to soft for me. The staff were very friendly and I happened to be there on wine night. So, they had some wine, beer, and appetizers in the lobby area for a few hours in the evening. That was pretty nice. Not the best wine, but the price was right.

I stay at Marriott all the time and the service here was a huge disappointment. This place does not reflect well on the Marriott name. Disappointed in the management and onsite staff. I would not recommend to anyone.

I was in Kansas City for a couple of weeks and stayed here. Rooms were spacious and clean. All of the staff were friendly and cheerful. Coffee was great and the breakfast every day was always good. The in suite kitchen had a full size fridge and all of the appliances worked well. Really appreciated our stay here! Thanks!

Rather than properly clean the room they empty a can of air-freshener into the place and close the windows. I swore I’d never stay here again because this happened months ago when I was here. I forgot until I opened the door to my room... Stay anywhere else unless you want headaches and all your stuff to stink like a cheap car air-freshener.

Great location for food & shopping. Decent breakfast & front desk personnel were friendly. This property had very different reviews but we didn’t have any room issues at all. Didn’t have cleanliness issues either. Our room was a king studio that was large. The bed was my only complaint- it wasn’t very comfortable. Felt like it was sinking in the middle. Overall I would stay there again.

I along my 3 colleagues booked 3 rooms for a week to attend our business meetings. Rooms we good and spacious, staff was very friendly. Hoel is situated at a very good location with all the big stores nearby. Breakfast served is nice and fresh, with evening snacks adds to the joy:). Pool is clean, though we didnt use it, and outdoor seating next to the basket ball cout us also very good.

We booked a one bedroom queen. The room seemed a bit small because you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Other than that, we had a great stay. The room and lobby areas were nicely finished, the complimentary breakfast was very good. Checkin was fast and friendly. Would stay here again.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in a studio king room. We had a good location on the first floor, close to everything. We loved the breakfast buffet but I think it should be set up differently as the line for the waffle maker collides with the hot food buffet, but other than that, it was great. Lots of choices and it was constantly kept fresh and fully stocked. The room was nice. There is no shortage of electrical outlets. I counted over 40 that were visible to the eye. Haha. The soaps/shampoos were average, at best. Also, I love hotels that have make-up wipes... would have preferred that over the shoe shine wipes. Does anyone still use those?? Everything was comfortable and served our purposes well. We even played "horse" on the basketball court. That was a fun amenity. Only negative was the ice machine was broken so we had to buy a bag of ice while we were there. We would recommend this to singles, couples, families and will return!

We just spent two nights at the Residence Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and we found the room to be very spacious with a full size refrigerator a two burner range top and a microwave. Breakfast was included and the selections were pretty nice.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. This time, I booked four 2 bedroom suites for a family reunion. We checked in early on the Marriott app, but when we got there, I was told that we could only have three 2 bedroom units. 3 of the 4 suites were for families that could not leave their children (all under 10 yo) in a room by themselves. My adult son and my husband and I were going to stay in another 2 bedroom suite, but we didn't complain. We took the two 1 bedroom units and split up. We paid the same for the two 1 bedrooms as we were for the 2 bedroom unit. The room my husband and I stayed in had the following issues: 1. dirty dishes in the cupboard. 2. the light in the bathroom did not work properly. 3. no oven - we needed one and the 2 bedroom units have them. 4. the wifi was horrible. I paid to stream a football game and ended up watching it on our phones using our data plan. 5. ANTS!!! - all over. I went to the desk in the evening and asked for a new room, but was told they would leave a note for the manager. I have STILL not heard from the manager - 2 days later. Even though we qualify for senior rates, I was not allowed to use it. This whole experience has soured me on Marriott and I am a rewards member that uses Marriott exclusively - at least until now. The staff was pleasant but completely ineffectual. I called the hotel and talked to staff one more time before posting this
