We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and had a decent experience, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The first room we were given had multiple issues: the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The entire room felt damp and uncomfortable.
We set the thermostat to 65 degrees, but after six hours, the temperature never dropped below 72. We called the front desk, but there was no maintenance available, so at midnight, we had to pack up and move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better — the temperature wouldn’t go below 70, and the humidity remained high.
While we appreciated our past stays, this experience fell short, and we’ll likely look for other accommodations in the future.
