Good experience overall. Front desk staff did a very good job of resolving a key problem swiftly and professionally. Room was comfortable but dated. Very small TV.

This property has obviously been minimally maintained for a long time. The carpet in our room was dingy and had been worn to the point that there was a pucker in it at the foot of the bed. On the bathroom floor in the corner in front of the sink was a small pile of dirt when we arrived and was still there when we left 4 nights later. Same with a half burned cigarette by the railing at the top of the stairs. Being a pet friendly hotel should have tipped us off.

Elevator ceiling grate has rat poison above it, hair in corner of tub, tub handle came off in my hand when I turned on water. Previous occupants' wet swim trunks n underwear left between chair n footstool. Walls scuffed and scratched overall n outside grounds had trash and various debris. Looked like hotel used yo be nice but now rundown n no one even attempted to pick up n clean up

The staff was accommodating, but the hotel was dated. For the price and the studio amenities I would come back again. But I would walk through the room and be sure it was satisfactory before turning in for the night.

Very nice room. Hotel staff was very nice. Had a good stay.

We had a one bedroom suite. The first room we received smelled of smoke. The second just had a damp, musty smell. The pull out sofa did not have sheets that fit it. There were ants in the unit. The shower was a full tub and decent shower head. Towels were not replenished. The queen sized bed is really more of a double. The lobby was too small to accommodate guests as was the club house where the breakfast was served. Sticky floors and super crowded. Ran out of coffee. Sorry expected more.

Dangerous electric outlets in room, very dirty carpet, broken furniture, suspect breakfast food...you get the picture!

Overall, the motel was quite comfortable. Especially commendable was the breakfast - although the breakfast room was crowded, staff was on hand to continually prepare more food (scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns & etc, along with the standard breakfast bar items). The rooms were comfortable. The one down side was the fitness center. The had 4 aerobic items and a weight bench crammed into a little closet of a room. Of the aerobic equipment, only two pieces were fully functional. One of the broken eliptical machines was still usable but the tension was set on high and you could not adjust it. Also, when I was there, there were no towels, no sanitary wipes and, although there was a water cooler, there were no cups to drink from. Honestly, for a Windham Gardens hotel, I really expected a Fitness Center about twice this size fully stocked and function. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful. If it were not for the Fitness Center, I would certainly return again.

I made a booking error and put in a three night stay verses a two night. It was my fault, no one else. I only wWanted to discuss my options with the manager. No manager, no general manager, only an owner who the front desk lady (she wouldn't give me her name) said was never available.

Room air conditioner barely worked. The carpet in the room was bunching up in several places. The pool and outside lounging area were closed and being completely redone.

It is my first time to stay at this hotel and I feel good with this hotel; nice staffs, clean room and near malls. It is easy to go to other areas. Good price.

The walk to the room was long and in the rain was awkward. The staff was fine but not friendly.

We had to change rooms three times after our first night due to Ants, then after the second night we left after seeing a centipede and our two year old waking up with a bug bite on her face. Further, the rooms were filthy and the workout room had equipment that was broken and unusable.

Cleaning detail in kitchen for stove area and walls needed. Extremely hot water - no cold water from faucets

bed was good room OK could use up dating and paint

Services were acceptable re. check-in staff and breakfast team. Housekeeping staff pleasant, but couldn't handle English language. Rooms were warm but heater/fan system quite loud. Had anticipate swimming pool and hot tub would be indoors for February use, not so - outdoors only! We found the facility needed significant repairs including: hole smashed into closet door of suite, 2 lamps that didn't work (no pull cords to operate them), carpets pulled up creating tripping hazards, outdoor stairs slanted and unstable, missing pillows, shower didn't work (only got 1/4th of flow through shower head) and sidewalk concrete tipped up at curb for tripping. Overall, we definitely would not suggest this facility to anyone.

I chose the hotel because of my past experience staying here. The accomodations are excellent and the staff is very friendly. I'd like to thank a front desk team member named Dawn. She was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful room. Parking wasn't great but the room was huge. Breakfast was good. Wifi speed was ok.

Great stay. I would stay here again. Clean, quick response times, great seculuded location. Nice HUGE tub. Great amenities

Very nice, excellent eye appeal, clean large rooms, quiet.
