Overall its a nice place to stay. When we checked in the room was freezing and kind of smelled strange. So we turn on the heat and this awful smell came out and it also set off the smoke alarm. Went down to the gal at the front desk and told her what happened. She was really nice and immediately gave us a different room. Stuff just happens and it's nobodies fault. I would stay here again.

Almost needed a scooter to get to my room..hotel is huge and looooong hallway is inconvenient. Bed was good. Prime tv channels PROMISED BUT NOT AVAILABLE. Double sink was nice BUT toilet /shower was small and crowded and substandard. FOUND RED STAIN ON TOWEL, EW. Room was double queen and quite spacious. Nearby truckstop convenient for fast food and stsrbucks. Check in was quick. Advertised pool and hot tub quite small and crowded with kids. An adequate overnight in Colby...better than Oakley.

The front staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The exhaust fan cover in the bathroom was hanging down and there was dirt on the floor. It appears that someone was working on it but didn't place the cover back up or clean the floor. The breakfast was very good with many hot and cold options. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good for dinner.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The employees were friendly. The hotel is very conveniently located off of the interstate, but I found it to be very quiet. (I was on the side of the hotel that faces away from the highway, but I think it's just generally a good distance away so noise isn't a problem.) A nice restaurant/bar is attached to the hotel, which was helpful after a long drive in on the night I arrived. Although I did go there on Saturday night to unwind and found the fellow patrons to be a bit loud and crass, acting as if they were in a friend's living room rather than in a restaurant. But I'm not a local there, so I tried to take it in stride! The women's restroom out in the hall for use of the restaurant and convention room patrons was dated and pretty dirty. Hotel beds were really comfortable, a little on the high/tall side, though. Bathroom in the room was updated and highly functional. This hotel brand is building a new facility next door to the current one, so it makes sense that some of the features of this older location aren't being updated right now. However, I was very comfortable there for the 2 nights I was in town.

All we needed - great stop on a long trip

We only stayed for a few hours (midnight to 6am) while in a long road trip. Hotel had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and good fresh coffee way before breakfast was served. Very impressive.
