Standard Holiday Inn breakfast with the pancake maker and all that. The area is super quiet - Goodland really is for most people a gas station on the way to somewhere else. The hotel was solid and worth the extra expense for the quality and cleanliness.

Property was pretty quiet. We were on the I-70 side, but didn't hear highway traffic. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good (for a hotel breakfast). The beds were on the soft side, which I prefer. The only negatives were that the conditioner in the room was almost empty. You could see there was enough for a use or two in it, but they had it locked in place so that you couldn't take the bottle. But it also prevented you from tipping it to get the last bit out. Also, we had some trouble trying to cast programming from Amazon into the TV. The girl at the front desk said she'd call her manager and get back to us, but never did. We just watched live TV, so it wasn't a huge deal.
I arrived late and left early so I wasn’t able to see much of the property or take advantage of the amenities, but what I did see and use was exceptional. Absolutely everything was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable, very modern and up to date. Seriously one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in throughout my 30 year career.
Property was overall good but the cinnamon rolls are often a tie-breaker for selecting Holiday Inn. Sometimes the rolls can be a little dry from being out too long but these were entirely different. They were on a piece of cardboard and hardly moist. It seemed like a preparation step was missing. This seriously detracted from the breakfast amenity. We won't be choosing this Holiday Inn again very soon!

Very clean, it is new. Rooms are very quiet. The door takes a good push to open. Might make some struggle to get in.
