We booked due to a concert at the next door venue. It took over 30 minutes of waiting in line to check in because of course it was busy. The bar was closed.

Everything was great except for the caulking around the shower, it was really bad

Dated and in need of renovation. Adjacent area is under construction.

Nice hotel....good location next to Expo Center. Would stay again

Only bad thing about the stay was that the Hotel pool was 68 degrees. Too cold for the kid to swim....

There was Ramon noodles in the coffee maker. There was hair in the shower along with a hanger that was left behind the bathroom door. There was spots on the mirror in the bathroom. Does not look like the room had been cleaned very good, which needs to be thoroughly looked through and cleaned.

I didnt view the entire property. I basically used it for a quick place to lay my head. I was not looking for anything special but i wiill tell you that i stayed there from a Thursday afternoon until Saturday morning and we didnt get room service. My wife called the front desk to mention we had no room service and they provided us more bath towels. Considering the cost and a quick place to lay your head while traveling, i'd probably return with far less expectations

When walking into the lobby it was very welcoming.

Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days! And I had to find clean towels.

Nice bar. Good prices. Clean room. Friendly people.

Nice close to the expo center, we walk. Everything is near.

Tub has rust on it. Drain is slow. Staff are very friendly. Great location. Cheap but delicious food

Our stay here was good. The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The WiFi was terrible but they did their best to help with this.

Hotel was very nice. Able to check in early. Very clean rooms. It was nice being so close to the expocentre. I have no complaints about the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay for the USATF Junior Olympics in Lawrence KS. This was one of the few hotels in the area for a reasonable price. It was more than adequate and quite a nice hotel. The staff would have been a 5 except for a restaurant hostess/waitress. The restaurant closes at 10pm and he got there at 9:30pm. When we asked for a table, she rolled her eyes and gave a sigh acting as if we were an inconvenience. She must have had a bad day. Would have been nice if she could treat her customers with a bit more humility. Other than that most staff were very nice.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel noisey. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel, clean and kept up very well. I would have liked a small refrigerator/microwave in the room, many of the high end hotels that I stay at are adding that feature, usually inside a cabinet of some kind in keeping with the room décor. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We were very busy that evening as expected. The hotel just went though a management change and we are waiting on our liquor license so I apologize we were not able to open. I hope you will come see us again soon for another chance to earn your business.
