The staff is extremely rude. They just don’t care when trying to explain the issues about the room.
Very dated but convenient downtown location. Always had a strong disinfectant smell I suppose isn’t bad but I haven’t experienced that before at other higher end places.
Great lobby and a bar right there, with good food and local beer on tap, what else does a body need!?
My flight arrived in Washington DC at midnight. The front desk staff was helpful. After midnight this is extremely helpful.

The room was clean but seemed dated and not as nice as some other options nearby.
The lady at the front desk was unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, mouthy, and unworthy of the Hyatt Regency standards ! When waiting for the airport shuttle to pick us up after a 8 1/2 hour international flight, she told us if we didn’t like things to get an Uber or taxi to the hotel, because the shuttle was just complementary, blah blah. The shuttle was the only reason we chose this hotel. The shuttle was fine, just a bit late. My issues are with the rude receptionist, I could understand if it was a Super 8, but this is Hyatt ! No excuse for her attitude!!
I have arrived after 2am several times and have been met and greeted by friendly desk agents who help get me to my room.
Booked a room with a king bed with a sofa turned out two queen beds , very tiny fridge and microwave, just sat down to relaxe on the sofa , there was some lady underwear. Next day went down to have breakfast to find out I have to pay for breakfast , I should get some refund for this bad experience. Thanks
This hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, in a business development. The service, amenities and dining were excellent. A bonus is a lovely park just a few minutes walk away.

Convenient to Dulles. Elevators slow and staff did virtually nothing to help with luggage However friendly and helpful otherwise
