We booked for three nights. First night we found multiple long strands of hairs on the shower wall indicating the shower was not cleaned. We needed an outlet to plug items in and followed the lamp cord that was on a night stand between the two beds, the outlet was behind the bed frame so we moved it a little in order to get to it and we discovered a gross amount of chips and dirt. This was all discovered later in the evening but we did go to the front desk to inform them, the gentleman was very nice and gave us a $50 voucher to use at The Chop restaurant (very expensive place, $50 paid for one person, our bill still was $100+ after the voucher for three people), he said he would switch our rooms in the morning and would make sure the housekeeping management were aware, asked me to forward the photos (I emailed them immediately) he said our new room would be thoroughly inspected.
The next morning we went down, got the new keys activated to our new room. Upon arriving to the new room we found a dead fly on the desk, right in the centre very dried up you could tell it was there for a while. Bedding had a black mark that was able to be scratched off a bit, not washed. Cabinet to the fridge had missing handles. We put our food in the fridge (app $100) then the next night we went to eat it and the fridge was warm, it wasn’t working! It was plugged in, just not working. We complained, showed photos and received a $91 refund and free parking. Oh and vending machines didn’t work.
