The rooms are dated but relatively comfortable. There was water damage on the roof of the bathroom in rm 527. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The staff was polite and was able to get us a few more pillows immediately. The pool area really leaves something to be desired. It's dark, small and in need of some serious Re&Re. There was some scaffolding in the area so maybe that's in the plans. The breakfast area was incredibly, almost unbearably warm. The food provided was pretty good (eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns). Although not a lot of variety for breads. Just toast was offered, and only apples and oranges for fruit. Location to downtown is ideal but the individuals hanging on the street and outside the attached pub might make some nervous. We never had any issues though.

This hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Parking on site, for a nominal fee, is a bonus in a downtown location(especially on a hockeu night!) Great hot breakfast, which is appreciated. Staff were helpful to the nth. Is under some construction, being upgraded so a few things are old and tired..but clean!

Front desk staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. We were there to watch the Jets/Oilers game and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk with a selection of bars/restaurants available during the walk. It was perfect for our needs.

We stayed for a concert at this property, it was decent distance from rogers place. The stay was okay and there was construction going on the hotel during the stay, which explains why it's not as presantable as it is in the picture, the thing that bother me though is the noise- there was loud music/ neighbor talking til about 3am
