We typically stay close to Michigan avenue when we stay in Chicago. I decided to try this hotel instead and will be staying here in the future. The lobby on the 15th floor is beautiful - bright & spacious with fabulous skyline views.

There is a parking garage right across the street, it’s $62 a day. It may be cheaper to take the Metra downtown and walk to the hotel. The hotel is on the Chicago River and the area is beautiful. The rooms are nice, they have fridges but, no microwave. There are plenty of places to eat, all within a mile of the hotel. Midway airport is a 20 minute drive.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. My only complaint is that the Peloton bike was broken and unable to connect to Wi-Fi. Hopefully, it will be fixed for future guests.

My stay

Hotel was magnificent. Room was spacious and grand. The view was spectacular. Photos attached are from our room. The only thing I would change is I would not include breakfast. For the breakfast price, the selection was sub par. I would rather take my $20 spent on breakfast and eat out with a wider variety than a grab and go. But if you're into that, then this place is perfect.

Overall, the hotel is ok but it was too crowded. Sunday morning I was woke up bye people yelling i. the hallway, that really bother me cause I came to this hotel to rest while enjoying my trip, but unfortunately no rest. Also, no plates or silverware in the whole hotel? That’s crazy
