I asked for a non smoking room and when I walked into the room it smelled like old smoke. The blankets were stained, I was told I would get extra towels and never received them. The heater was not working properly. There was to much going on in the parking lot which actually kept me up most of the day. Will not consider returning. Which I feel bad because I went to a Red Roof in Naperville and it was a different experience

The room on the inside was nice, although everyone in the general area looks like they are on something’s or homeless and junkie looking. It’s some very questionable individuals everywhere and it makes the area seem unsafe and dangerous.

Room looks nothing like the photos. The smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I called the from desk to complain, he just said oh I guess they didn’t clean the room properly. I didn’t even stay because I was so uncomfortable I checked out.

There was no power at the outlets in the bathroom. It’s an inexpensive motel for a reason, the bed was good, towels were fluffy and it was pretty quiet. It was a good value. When checking in, the lobby is locked and you deal with a clerk through a service window. Kinda sends the wrong message.
