It was just a fairly nice hotel. The rooms were not very soundproof - so busses and trucks and airplanes are trouble for any light sleeper. And the price was $350 for a night. Too much for too little. I will say that the staff was courteous.

Awesome hotel, an island of peace and calm and first class treatment in a sea of chaos at O'Hare airport. Staff, restaurant, services--worth every penny. Early departure? Stay here the night before. We did. Calmly woke up and walked to the terminal thru the underground walkways. Truly pleasant and memorable stay.

Clean, quiet room. Full amenities. Everything worked well. Decent restaurant downstairs with a high-end steakhouse option at the opposite end of the hotel lobby. Very friendly staff throughout.

It's an old airport hotel. What does one should expect, 5 stars?? Served the purpose. Didn't eat food only slept for one night due to the flight cancelation.
