Nice place, close to the airport, pool/hot tub were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there is no free breakfast. It's $12 for average food.

I can't say that I was thrilled with the location. The area around the hotel complex was not great. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable, though. What makes this Hilton Garden Inn fantastic is the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and eager to make our stay there perfect.

Nice to get away and go swimming or just sitting back from a long week. Would stay at this hotel again for that reason.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL DAY IN CHICAGO, BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED AT OUR HOTEL TO CHECK IN, WE WERE TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM WE REQUESTED AVAILABLE. INSTEAD OF RECEIVING A KING SUITE FOR 4, WE RECEIVED A KING FOR 2 AND OUR TEENAGE SONS SLEPT ON THE FLOOR. INITIALLY WE WERE EVEN TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE NON-SMOKING AVAILABLE, BUT EVENTUALLY THEY "FOUND" A KING IN NON-SMOKING. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT CREATES PROBLEMS WHEN WE USE A THIRD PARTY TO BOOK A ROOM AND THE THIRD PARTY ALWAYS OVERBOOKS. WE WERE ALSO TOLD THEY COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT A PRICE ADJUSTMENT AND WE WOULD NEED TO CONTACT ORBITZ. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT LAST HOUR REALLY PUT A DAMPER ON OUR DAY!

the rooms are clean and fresh. we were not happy that we had to pay 10.00 a day to park the car. the pool is a salt water pool, and very small.

very friendly staff, easy access from Midway both to the airport and back, great coffee!
