Birthday weekend getaway/Mamas weekend away! My girl friend and I enjoyed our stay here. The customer service was amazing from the concierge to the bell hop and front desk staff. Loved having a drink at the hotel bar in the evening. Everything was top notch! I loved that our bartender knew so much about the area and different popular destinations from dining to attractions. Stayed on the fourth floor, and was impressed by the amount of privacy we had in our "hallway." Once exiting the elevator, I used my key card to open a door to another "hallway" that only had two rooms in it. So quaint, so quiet. Loved it! The beds are so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.
The room was nice and the amenities were awesome. Our shower was not well cleaned and there was other people’s hair in it. Otherwise, everything was good.

The pool was closed during my stay. Breakfast was not included in my reservation. They should offer free breakfast for every guest, considering their prices.

Great rooms and the beds are wonderful. The only issue was the wifi was very irritating to get logged into. Took almost 10 min to get connected to the wifi. Also the video on demand in the room kept getting stuck and never really worked.
Very happy with our 4 night stay at this hotel. Close to pretty much everything, just a quick ride on the CTA or if you rather take an Uber it is also economical. I didn't use the gym but you have to cross it to get to the pool (directions to the pool could be more clear but a quick call to guest services fixed that) and it is very nice for a hotel gym. Only thing I didn't like was the pool isn't warmed. Very, very cold water. Overall I'm very satisfied and would stay again.
Great location
I've stayed here before and it's usually a great hotel. This review is for this one particular stay only on 7/27. There were pastry crumbs on the side table, plastic wrapper and clothing tag next to the bed. It was late by the time I noticed so I did not contact housekeeping, but definitely made me question the cleanliness of the room/property.
Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Pool and fitness area seem to be very clean and modern.

I couldn't get the room completely dark. The mattress was hard and lumpy, so I didn't get a good night sleep.
