Surrounded by pines and nestled along a bend of the Blue River, this rustic mountain home combines cozy, wood-paneled charm with modern amenities. Imagine lounging by the fire, sipping hot cocoa as you watch the snow gently falling outside. The spacious dining area seats eight comfortably, with additional seating available at the bar.

The master bedroom, outfitted with fresh linens, promises a restful night's sleep. The guest room and bunk room offer plenty of sleeping options. The triple-stack bunk beds do not have safety rails, so we recommend reserving the top bunks for adults.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private hot tub, which offers a secluded spot to soak while snowflakes drift down around you.

In the warmer months, gather the family on the back deck and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Blue River. This is an authentic mountain retreat you won’t want to miss!

- Take a scenic sleigh ride through Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
