They did have excellent customer service as I had no trouble checking in and no problems getting my refund they didn't even try to fight me so I do appreciate that. However this place needs to be condemned. And once it's rubble the earth needs to be salted and burnt.

The mattress is wrapped in plastic, so it crunched at every move. One of the two pillows was just a ball of foam (hardly a pillow). The owner/staff was very rude. Charging me a $100 deposit for a non-smoking room, even though I paid a premium for a non-smoking room on Expedia and the $100 deposit was never disclaimed in the booking process. I find it hard to believe Expedia would even list this property. I would never stay at this location again. And, would not recommend it to anyone.
