To be honest I took pictures of how my room looked when I walked in... Very unacceptable that was wrong...what got me was the cigarette burn on the cover

The property manager is very nice . The blonde hair lady wasn’t much help. A a church was paying for me and my daughter a room and the lady said she got the information through email from church next morning lady knocked on my door saying we didn’t pay for room and the blonde hair lady said the church did and it wasn’t . Very upset about that . The manager the only who have email or can send out email and the blonde girl lied and said she did . I was in line from 1150-1230 and got a late charge eleven though I was in line sainting befor 12 Mark it was long line and one person can enter very upset . I’m already struggling to stray and for her to charger a late fee when the line was super wrong was not right . My church lady was not pleased . While I was in like the church lady was calling the front office so she can pay before 12 as I stood in line and watch she never answered so whe. I finally go in there I told her the lady was calling before 12 and no amnswr she still charged me a late fee of $84 which I had to call the church back and get more money because of the stupid late fee which was the lady fault . Very dissatisfied .

If on a budget then this is a place to consider, however, in a noisy area.

Lady at the front counter was doing her best and was nice despite all she had to deal with. 3pm checkin rolled around and the rooms weren’t clean for her yet with a line out the door to check in. It took 1.5 hours for me to check in. My room wasn’t even completely clean. Someone’s dirty socks were hanging on the bathroom door. This hotel is basically a hooker/crack house based upon the people there outside and staying there. Walls were paper thin which made for a rude wake up from the neighbor doing the business at 2AM. I guess I’m just happy my car wasn’t broken into.

The manager isnt a people person. He really shouldn't be in this line of work

The location was fine, and it was cheap but it was also pretty dirty. Other than that nothing really much to mention.

I booked a room a month in advance. I was sent a confirmation number meaning I have a room when I get there. No need to call !!! bull*%#$. I arrived to Crosslands to find out they were booked up and my room was given to another patron. What is the purpose of booking a room if it is not a sure thing it's going to be there when you arrive. there should be a better way of doing this !!!!

I've never been one to judge a hotel based on reviews. I've been all over the world and have stayed in many sub-par accommodations, but this place takes the cake, by a long shot. No handsoap. Phone is broken. Only half of the tv screen is visible. Mold. Dirty towels hanging on bathroom door. No answer at the office all day. It also took almost an hour for checkin. 10 people waiting, half of the reservations were lost, only one person checking customers in, while the other staff offered no help. Also, I've learned this motel is usually inhabited by weekly rate residents, and we all know what that means. The outside aesthetic is charming, but don't let it fool you. Pay more, stay elsewhere.

This was an economy motel. I was surprised to find a kitchenette with a full refrigerator. I felt a little uncomfortable in a motel rather than a hotel, but fortunately the room had 3 locks. The other guests were friendly and quiet.

Bedsheets were dirty ... There was trash underneath the bed swems they only vacuum around the bed.

The place seemed nice from the outside and I was looking forward to a simple place to stay for a great price while in town. The front desk staff was unprofessional, but I was able to check into a room 30 minutes early. I was at this hotel for all of 4 hours before I got out of there as fast as I could. Yelling, people fighting outside and staring into my room, my "nonsmoking" room reeked of cigarettes. There was dust and hair all over the bathroom. When cops showed up outside my door I decided enough was enough and I did not feel at all safe staying here. All of this was before 7pm and I was not going to stay to see what the rest of the night had in store. I forfeited the remainder of my reservation and found a place down the road where I could actually feel safe and get any amount of sleep without excessive noise.

My experience was terrible. I was bitten by bed bugs and had to go to the hospital. I am still suffering, because I have been terrified since. The manager Yolanda, would not even speak with me.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioning was perfect.

I needed a cheap place and this is it. I won't stay again. The room was dirty and the smells were terrible.

My daughter, sister and I traveled to the area for a doctors appointment, and needed a place to stay close by. Driving to our destination, we realized that this motel is in a very horrible neighborhood. When we arrived, the manager told us that he was going to put us in the room he had just come from because he knew "it was clean". My daughter and I are both allergic to cigarette smoke, so a non smoking room was essential. Upon opening the door to the room ( which was dirty and had smears of black all over it), the smell of cigarettes hit us in the face. We went in to find a filthy carpet, hair in the bathroom, dried food everywhere, and a smoke detector which had been ripped from the ceiling. We went back to the office where the manager argued with my sister over the condition of the room. The desk clerk was very nice however, and gave us another room, which smelled better, but still had been smoked in. This room was equally disgusting with sticky red stuff on the bedside table, carpet and phone, dried food on the "dining table" and stove top. Hair was found everywhere in the bathroom, and the sink was filthy. We went to the store, purchased cleaning supplies and had to clean our own room. When we turned the beds down there were hairs in the sheets, dirt, and stains and food crumbs on the box-spring covers. There were cigarette burns in the comforters, holes in the curtains and dust, cobwebs and filth everywhere. This was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed!! Would give this a negative rating if I could!

we went there to see family, but we enjoyed our stay @ the hotel, so did the family they were over there more than we were @ their home .the location was near every thing you could have wanted.the hotel it self was very clean, the people were very polite & helpful the staff was very good.i would stay there again when i go to visit again, some family members from there even said that they would stay there also ,i recommend it .

This hotel was terrible! We stayed there because of a family member who stayed there last year who said it was "cute and newly remodeled." We must have missed out on the cute and new part. The room was dirty, the carpet was stained, the sheets and bedspread were dirty, and the furniture was all banged up. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything. We went down to ask for another room and we were given a key to an already occupied room. Needless to say, no one was happy about that. After almost an hour, we finally got another room. It was better than the first one, but still extremely small. The sink wouldn't drain and there was still hair on the bathroom floor. We stayed, but I never will again.

OK for price

beyond my expectation...

I needed a reasonably price clean place to sleep during my trip to visit my son who attends college in W-S. We drove up US 52 to enjoy the views at Pilot Mtn.
