My mom and I come here every year for our birthdays in November, as well as usually for Mother's Day weekend. We love staying here! The view is always amazing, the staff are kind and helpful, the new restaurant is very enjoyable, and the rooms are always clean. You can tell the new owners are working hard to update this property by the constant projects and folks doing little things around the property daily. Our only recommendation would be to update the bathrooms in the guest rooms, they are in dire need. The space could be used so much better which would greatly improve the guest experience. Showers are a pain!!! Otherwise, we love staying with you all and we WILL be back!

Room clean, room small, view of ocean awesome. Had to pay three day parking fee I did not know about. Clerk said it was in the expedia fine print. I did really enjoy my stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful! We had been here years ago when it was still the Ramada. The new owners have done a lot of upgrades: there is a new tiki bar, an outdoor tropical eating area, and a playground. The restaurant is a bit pricey, so I can’t speak for that part of the hotel. I didn’t particularly like the $20/day parking fee, but to be oceanfront with free use of the hotel’s beach chairs, it was sort of a trade off.

This was our 2nd time there and this time was disappointing! Hair on shower floor as well as on shampoo. Bathroom door made a loud scraping sound. Dried pasta in microwave. Only one chair in room for two people. And to top it off, we had to pay a PARKING fee, when their website there is no resort fees. That's very deceptive!!! Most places off tea bags and coffee...nope. We had to dig around to get a few tea bags. Just very disappointing getaway and will be our last in that place.
