Balcony view was beautiful. Staff were friendly and attentive, property was very well maintained, breakfast was great, room was in excellent condition and cleaning staff prepped it daily. Would definitely stay there again!!

The room was a very pleasant surprise. Everything about the place was first rate. The staff however at the desk were not that friendly and helpful. However one of the working managers went out of her way and even found us beach chairs to use!

Check in staff were pleasant, going up the rooms though was so unkept with water running down the halls from every A/C they have for the rooms and halls need some thorough cleaning. Room service do a great job, came in everyday which is rare these days. The bummer though, we found a cockroach sitting in the tab and my husband managed to contain it and flashed down the drain. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options.

The bathroom was tiny but this made for a roomier sitting area. The "balcony" opened right on to the dunes. The jets in the hot tub we broken so were more like vigorous bublers. Over all beautiful stay.

Overall, enjoyed the hotel. Our patio had a diesel exhaust smell occasionally. Not sure what it was but we were next door to the area where the staff did laundry and prepared for cleaning. Everyone was friendly.
