Event was at a different location, after being booked directly from Harrahs Cherokee website. Checked it the week of the event all was good showed Cherokee. We along with over 50 of couples we meet all had the same experience and when we checked the event the night of it changed to show a large banner showing the Asheville location. Which by this time was too late to make.

Shower leaked all over, flooding the floor and this isn’t new because LVP popped and squirted water when walking in it. Didn’t get the Mountain View room I paid for. Didn’t get the king bed I reserved, staff said “check the fine print, we never guarantee rooms”. Resort amenities were nice but required to pay a resort fee for services I never needed-pool, valet. Staff were condescending and arrogant, said I got what I paid for by booking through Expedia.
