Our room on the second floor of Soco Tower was clean and nicely furnished. It was quiet and very spacious. We had a gourmet burger and fries at Street Burgers and both were fresh and delicious. Great experience At Harrah’s!

Nice hotel. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the room was honestly awful. The hotel is huge -could really use better signage to help guests find things easier. The food was amazing!

Room spotless. Comfortable Bed & Pillows. Exceptional Shower & very nice bathroom. One problem later brought to staff's attention, so I'm sure it is corrected: the TV Signal / Connection was poor all night. TV picture Froze repeatedly! Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Our stay was great, but housekeeping was terrible. We stayed three nights and despite requesting housekeeping services and more towels, we were ignored. The property is beautiful, though!

We go on our Anniversary every year so this visit was somewhat disappointing. Had some issues with front desk and had to involve management regarding our issues. We stayed in the older rooms so the wear and tear were very noticeable. The cigarette smoke was throughout the room and hallways. Since I brought my own cleaning supplies I was able to clean and sanitize the room. The issue with the front desk put a little damper on our last night. Disappointing due to how great our other visits were.
