Staff was terrible, standing water in the shower, and hallways had a terrible stench. Breakfast was fruit loops old otis spunkmeyer muffins, yogurt, and fruit cups. Good luck!

Check in person was very quiet but that is ok. It took about 5 minutes for him to come to the desk. Small breakfast but again ok. The high point is we saw the elk in the parking lot. We had the disability room which was great to shower my 96 year old I was traveling with. Granny’s Restaurant buffet was good. Basic food but a selection. Off to Mingo Falls because a short hike and the 96 year old can wait in the car.

The lady that checked us in was friendly. While checking in we were told there was a continental breakfast from 6am to 10. The next day at 9am, all the breakfast was gone, and no one attended to the dining area. The 2nd day there was no breakfast at all including coffee and no hot water in our room for a shower. We went to front desk the desk clerk lady screamed at us after we complained. She was screaming that there was hot water and we were lying! Never again will we stay there!!
