Very nice and understanding of our late, almost 11 pm check-in.
We had a quiet and pleasant stay at the property. It's convenient and close to smokies but away from super touristy atmosphere of Gaitlinburg area.
We had a great stay at the Econo Lodge. Great location, great staff and room was very clean. Loved the rocking chairs. We had no issues at all and will stay here again.
The hotel was clean and near all amenities, the only major disappointment was there was no iron or ironing board in the room, when on vacation unpacking clothes that have been in a suitcase for a time they do need ironing!!!! I would probably not stay there again for that reason alone!!
The staff was very friendly. I never talked to an unfriendly face there. Rooms had been remodeled and were VERY clean. Housekeeping made sure to check that I needed nothing even when I didnt need them to clean. Was convenient to about everything one could need on their stay and walking distance to many.
Room was small but clean. Way overpriced for what you receive. Bed was very uncomfortable and had a terrible nights sleep. Free breakfast is minimal. they take advantage of so few places to stay close to the casino. Would I stay here again? no, not for those prices. Its a basic motel room at a high end hotel price.
Clean budget hotel with nice location. Breakfast was VERY basic but they do have rocking chairs outside all the rooms so that was a nice touch.

When we first pulled in we almost couldn't find it because all of the lights were out except for two in the parking lot. I did not like this and I mentioned it to them when I walked inside. The pool was also closed for renovation. Otherwise the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. There was a very bad storm going on and the Wi-Fi was not working. I tried it the next morning and it works fine. Not sure what that was about but overall I would recommend this to a friend.

The room was quite clean, bathroom renovated but the main door had little problem with closing. The manager asked us to move the room if we wanted but as we had all our luggages already unpacked we decided to say in the room. One of the bath towel was torn at the edges and there was some hair at the tub and the hand towel. This is the first time to sleep in econolodge so not sure if I expected too much. The day I slept was quite a cool day so although we turned on the heater alot the heat didn't go to the bathroom. In winter time maybe people will feel cold during the shower...

We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the front desk clerk. We felt welcomed! My wife and I loved staying here because of the proximity to the casino which was only a mile away! Overall it was a great stay and reasonably priced. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering going to the casino when they have no availability of rooms.
I would stay here again. Plus they will match competitor prices.
